Evening and Saturday Pilates Classes in Hollywood, FL

If you work during the day, Lighthouse Pilates & PT in Hollywood, FL has reformer Pilates classes after work on Mondays and Wednesdays, plus three classes on Saturday mornings. Every group class is capped at six people, and the studio is led by Dr. Mary, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who designs the classes.

Weeknight classes at 6 pm

All Levels runs at 6 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. It's open to beginners as well as clients with more experience, so you can come straight from work whether you're new to the reformer or have been taking classes for years.

The Wednesday class came back in October because enough people asked for a second evening.

Saturday mornings

Saturday has three classes in a row. Level 2 & 3 starts at 9 am and is for clients who know the reformer and chair well. All Levels is at 10 am. Level 1, the class built for people new to the reformer and chair, is at 11 am, and Saturday is the only day it runs.

Booking around a workday

You can book a group class on our website up to 2 hours before it starts, so you can grab a spot on your lunch break. If plans change, you can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before class.

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early. The front door locks when class starts, and the extra minutes give you time to settle in after the drive over. Grip socks are preferred on the reformer.

New to Pilates?

If you've never been on a reformer, start with Level 1 on Saturday or All Levels on a weeknight. Your instructor will show you how the equipment works before you begin. Our post Reformer Pilates for Beginners in Hollywood, FL explains what a reformer is and how to pick your first class.
