One-on-one physical therapy evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Service Description
Physical therapy at Lighthouse starts with a one-hour, one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Mary Ebanks-Nunaihed, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She looks at how you move, goes over your history and your goals, and builds a treatment plan around them. Mary works with people recovering from surgery or an injury, people who want to stay ahead of the next one, and anyone who wants a full-body assessment of how they move, including postpartum clients getting back to exercise. What sets the studio apart is that physical therapy and Pilates happen under one roof, run by the same Doctor of Physical Therapy. Pilates can go alongside your treatment or pick up after it, with someone who already knows your history. Physical therapy is self-pay. Cancellation Policy
(1) Notification of cancellation/rescheduling for a Private and/or Duet Pilates and/or Physical Therapy Session(s) must be submitted a minimum of 8 hours prior to the scheduled session. (2) Scheduling and/or notification of cancellation/rescheduling for Pilates Group Classes must be submitted a minimum of 8 hours prior to the class. (3) A fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled session and/or group class is subject to be collected if the participant does not physically show up to the scheduled session or group class and/or if the cancellation/reschedule is requested less than 8 hours prior to the Private/Duet and/or Physical Therapy scheduled session or 8 hours prior to the scheduled group class.
