Service Description
This multilevel class is for participants who are becoming familiar with basic Classical Pilates and are looking to safely progress their repertoire of movements with the use of the Reformer and/or Chair. The participants consider themselves to be at a beginner/intermediate level.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
(1) Notification of cancellation/rescheduling for a Private and/or Duet Pilates and/or Physical Therapy Session(s) must be submitted a minimum of 8 hours prior to the scheduled session. (2) Scheduling and/or notification of cancellation/rescheduling for Pilates Group Classes must be submitted a minimum of 8 hours prior to the class. (3) A fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled session and/or group class is subject to be collected if the participant does not physically show up to the scheduled session or group class and/or if the cancellation/reschedule is requested less than 8 hours prior to the Private/Duet and/or Physical Therapy scheduled session or 8 hours prior to the scheduled group class.
