Service Description

This 55 minutes stretch class is designed to take participants through a series of stretches which is meant to assist in relaxing and elongating muscles of the whole body.

Cancelation Policy

Notification of cancellation/reschedule for Private and/or Duet Pilates and/or Physical Therapy Sessions must be submitted a minimum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled Session. *Notification of cancellation/reschedule for Pilates group classes must be submitted by a minimum of 2 hours prior to the class. Fee equivalent to cost of scheduled Session and/or Group class will be collected if the participant does not show up to the scheduled Session or Group class and/or if cancellation/reschedule is requested less than 12 hours prior to scheduled Session.
