Service Description

Class is designed for individuals who are new to Pilates Reformer and Chair. In this class the paricipants will learn the foundational movements for Reformer and Chair Pilates.

Cancelation Policy

Notification of cancellation/reschedule for Private and/or Duet Pilates and/or Physical Therapy Sessions must be submitted a minimum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled Session. *Notification of cancellation/reschedule for Pilates group classes must be submitted by a minimum of 2 hours prior to the class. Fee equivalent to cost of scheduled Session and/or Group class will be collected if the participant does not show up to the scheduled Session or Group class and/or if cancellation/reschedule is requested less than 12 hours prior to scheduled Session.
