Level 1 Pilates Group Class

Service Description

Level 1 is designed for individuals who are new to Pilates Reformer and Chair. In this class, the participants learn the foundational movements for Reformer and Chair Pilates. The participants are considered to be at a beginner level.

Cancellation Policy

(1) Notification of cancellation/rescheduling for a Private and/or Duet Pilates and/or Physical Therapy Session(s) must be submitted a minimum of 6 hours prior to the scheduled session. (2) Notification of cancellation/rescheduling for Pilates Group Classes must be submitted a minimum of 2 hours prior to the class. (3) A fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled session and/or group class will be collected if the participant does not physically show up to the scheduled session or group class and/or if the cancellation/reschedule is requested less than 6 hours prior to the Private/Duet and/or Physical Therapy scheduled session or 2 hours prior to the scheduled group class.
