Service Description
Pilates and Barre in one class. This dynamic class blends Pilates repertoire using the EXO Chair with the grace and precision of Barre movements. Expect a full-body workout through controlled chair and mat-based resistance exercises and high-rep, low-impact Barre sequences. This class is an energizing fusion of power and poise, and will help to improve posture, build functional strength, and sculpt long, lean muscles. All levels welcome—modifications and progressions provided.

Cancellation Policy
(1) Notification of cancellation/rescheduling for a Private and/or Duet Pilates and/or Physical Therapy Session(s) must be submitted a minimum of 8 hours prior to the scheduled session. (2) Scheduling and/or notification of cancellation/rescheduling for Pilates Group Classes must be submitted a minimum of 8 hours prior to the class. (3) A fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled session and/or group class is subject to be collected if the participant does not physically show up to the scheduled session or group class and/or if the cancellation/reschedule is requested less than 8 hours prior to the Private/Duet and/or Physical Therapy scheduled session or 8 hours prior to the scheduled group class.
